‘Major Label Haircuts’ For The Von Bondies

Andrew Weaver of Australia’s Beat magazine caught up with the Von Bondies bassist Carrie Smith to talk about their major label debut album ‘Pawn Shoppe Heart’. Commenting on the band’s new hairdos, Smith remarked, “You know, people always say that: ‘major label haircuts’. I’m the only one who got a haircut, because I couldn’t be bothered having all that long hair anymore.”
