Liam Gallagher Skips NME Awards, Noel Relieved

Noel Gallagher spoke with The Mirror on why his brother Liam missed the NME Carling Awards, where the band picked up Best UK Band and Artist Of The Year, while Liam won Best Haircut. “He was going to come but he decided to stay at home instead,” Noel said. “He thought he would get into more trouble if he came. He’s in a bit of a giddy mood at the moment so he’s decided it was best to stay away.”
