Lenny Kravitz Wins Favorite Pop/Rock Male Artist
Lenny Kravitz nabbed the Favorite Pop/Rock Male Artist at Wednesday night’s American Music Awards. Lenny accepted the award from KISS members Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley, who were in full makeup. Lenny told the crowd, “Thank you very much. I’d like to thank God for this experience and all my experiences. And this is pretty amazing because when I was 12 years old these guys turned me on to some serious rock ‘n’ roll. I wouldn’t even be standing here today if I hadn’t heard some KISS records. So this is really beautiful. Thank you all very much.”
