Sacha Molitorisz of the Sydney Morning Herald was at The Doves show at Metro Theatre on Tuesday and said, “Even before the Doves took to the stage I thought they were great.” Why? “The reason I thought they were great is that on Monday a colleague told me he had been on a domestic flight when his young daughter started crying because she didn’t have a window seat,” she explained. “Fortunately, a group of gents offered up their seats. And those gents were the Doves, flying to Sydney after Byron Bay’s Splendour in the Grass festival.” Read more.
