Kid Rock Sued Over Top Dog Logo
CDNow.com reports Alvin Williams and Earl Blunt of EB-Bran Productions have filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against Kid Rock in U.S. District for the Eastern District of Michigan on Wednesday (October 23) over the Top Dog Records’ name and logo. The pair are seeking sole ownership of the Top Dog trademark and logo. EB-Bran started Top Dog Records in 1988, a year before Rock joined on with a 25 percent interest, but failed to obtain a trademark for the name.
