Kid Rock Proud That Seger & Nugent Visited His Show
Evelyn McDonnell of the Miami Herald spoke with Kid Rock who was proud of the fact that Ted Nugent and Bob Seger came to his recent Detroit show. Rock gushed, “I look at Bob Seger as my grandfather and Ted Nugent as my dad, musically. To have them sitting there giving me approval, it felt like they were passing the torch. I do want to carry on that legacy of great Michigan music.” The same column has McDonnell talking to fellow Detroit rocker Andrew W.K., who are both playing Miami on Friday.
