Detroit rapper Kid Rock and Canadian bikini knockout Pamela Anderson gave all indications the couple’s reportedly on-again, off-again romance was definitely back on during a celebrity fundraising event in Victoria, star watchers told the Canadian Press on Wednesday. “It definitely seemed like they were hanging out, for sure,” said Deirdre Campbell, a Victoria public relations businesswoman who met the couple. “I would say that they were partners.”
