Kid Rock Gives Palms Their Best Show Ever
The Las Vegas Review Journal reports Kid Rock’s concert at the Palms on Sunday came with a couple surprises: Sheryl Crow joined him for ‘Jumpin’ Jack Flash’ and ‘Feel Like Making Love,’ plus their No. 1 hit ‘Picture,’ and ZZ Top’s Bobby Gibbons got involved as well. Kid Rock brought down the house with his medley honoring Detroit hometown musical icons with covers of Bob Seeger’s ‘Old Time Rock ‘n’ Roll,’ The Supremes’ ‘Baby Love,’ Ted Nugent’s ‘Cat Scratch Fever’ and Grand Funk Railroad’s ‘We’re An American Band.’ “Best concert we ever had,” said Palms owner George Maloof.
