Us Weekly reports Kid Rock recently went shopping with fiance Pamela Anderson at Ralph’s supermarket in Malibu, California, where he treated the former V.I.P. star to VIP treatment. “He bags her groceries every time,” a clerk said. “He’s good at it too.
