The Las Vegas Review Journal reports Kid Rock and Sheryl Crow spent a lot of quality time in the Palms Hotel’s “Real World” suite after his concert on September 21st, at which she made a surprise appearance to perform their hit ‘Picture’. They appeared to be very cozy backstage and have been spotted out as a couple since then, writer Norm Clarke hears.
