Nicole Richie and Good Charlotte singer Joel Madden were spotted outside Mozza in Los Angeles on Wednesday night. Joel wished the pesky paparazzo a Happy New Year while Nicole kept her head down and ignored a question about whether she'd guest star in 'Gossip Girls'. Watch the clip below.
