Joel Madden Makes The Case To Help Africa

Joel and Benji Madden traveled to Africa on behalf of UNICEF, with the Good Charlotte singer posting video highlights of the trip on his MySpace TV channel. “Twenty-five thousand children die every day of preventable causes,” Joel said in regards to why he and brother Benji chose to become UNICEF Ambassadors with a goal of curbing this statistic. “There’s like no clean water, sanitation, health, and those are things that we can change, and we’re making headway right now. We need more people to get involved especially from our generation. We have an obligation to it, so get involved.” Watch the clip below.
