Joel Madden And Nicole Richie Get A Parking Ticket

Nicole Richie and Good Charlotte singer Joel Madden received a parking violation in Beverly Hills, with the pesky paparazzo who profited off their images laughing as the parking enforcement officer placed the ticket on their SUV and saying "so awesome" when Joel found the ticket under the wiper.
