I Nine visited ‘The Saturday Early Show’ over the weekend, performing ‘If This Room Could Move’ as part of the Second Cup Café. The North Carolina rock band is set to release their new album ‘Heavy Weighs The King’ on Tuesday (April 29). They talked about the origin of the band’s name and the Cameron Crowe connection. “Well I tell people a lot of different stories, but it came from a Kurt Vonnegut novel that we read called ‘Cat’s Cradle’,” singer Carmen Keigans explained. “Instead of Ice Nine we just call ourselves I-Nine. Read the book if you want to know more.” Watch the performance and interview below.
