High On Fire are out with footage from the making of their fifth studio album ‘Snakes For The Divine’, in stores and online now on E1 Music. The Oakland heavy metal band’s frontman Matt Pike did most of the talking, discussing the disc being more aggresive, Jeff Matz contributing more of the writing this time around, basing the disc off the David Icke theory, a word to describe the band, Des Kensel announcing his wife was pregnant inspiring their song ‘Frost Hammer’, and not caring who he tours with. “I don’t really give a bleep who I tour with. I love everybody equally and I’m an equal opportunity employer and I employ myself,” Pike said. Watch the interview below.
