High Court Denies Case Against Ozzy Osbourne

Reuters reports that the Supreme Court has tossed out an appeal by two musicians who are seeking royalty payments from rocker . The high court dismissed an appeal Monday (May 3) by drummer Lee Kerslake and bassist Robert Daisley, who claim they are owed funds from work they did on Osbourne’s albums ‘Diary of a Madman’ and ‘Blizzard of Ozz’.
