Great White and club-owners in Rhode Island have been issued $100,000 in fines for the deadly nightclub fire that killed 100 people in February when a pyrotechnic display sparked a blaze. A federal agency that regulates workplace safety in the U.S. issued the fines for various safety violations. The band and night club owners are also facing at least six civil lawsuits. Read more.
