Dan Aquilante of the New York Post spoke with Goo Goo Dolls frontman Johnny Rzeznik about his distaste for phoniness. The singer said, “People come up to me all the time and say, “You’re so great.” That makes me think, how do they know I’m great? I’d rather somebody say they enjoyed a song I wrote.” The usually private Rzeznik opened up a bit on his personal life (or lack thereof) saying, “I’m not married, and I don’t have children, and I’m not involved in any serious relationship. I’m going to start working on all that soon.” The full article at nypost.com has since been removed.
