The New York Post reports KISS star Gene Simmons was spotted with a woman described as tall and blond, like his longtime love Shannon Tweed, catching Bill Bellamy at Caroline’s Comedy Club. “Mr. Simmons couldn’t keep his hands off the woman… and barked like a dog in her ear,” revealed an onlooker.
