Fred Durst At Avril Lavigne’s Concert
Mike at the avrilbandaids.com forum says Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst surprised a crowd in Lowell, Mass. He writes, “At the May 15th 2003 concert in Lowell Massachusetts, Avril brought 4 people on stage to sing Complicated with her. One of the four that she brought up was Theo from GOB, then a guy and girl from the audience and then Fred Durst of Limp Bizkit. I was close to the stage so I noticed it was Fred, but when Jesse said ‘Isn’t that the Bizkit guy?’ the crowd started screaming! It was very dope and also funny when he sang part of the song with her! Durst was wearing a shirt that said ‘I <3 Avril', the shirt that Theo from GOB wore the next night. Avril got on Fred's back for the rest of the song after she let the audience members sing part of it."
