Franz Ferdinand Turn Down Prince William’s Invitation
ContactMusic.com reports that Franz Ferdinand have turned down Prince William’s request to perform at Queen Elizabeth II’s Christmas Reception at Buckingham Palace this Tuesday, an event which pays tribute to those who have made a special contribution to British life in 2004. “They did RSVP (reply) so the Palace are aware that they are not going to be turning up,” a band spokesperson said. “They have tour commitments in the States at the moment and are unable to get back from over there.” Read more.
