Franz Ferdinand To Some Completely Different In ’05

Franz Ferdinand guitarist Nick McCarthy tells Radio 1 the band plans a completely different sound for their next album which will be released in 2005. “There’s one called ‘Can’t Stop Feeling’ that we’ve been recording. We wrote it when we wrote the other album. You know it could be a bit old fashioned,” McCarthy revealed. “It would be good to have something really fresh, you know. That’s our plan. We’ve just written one that’s coming along quite nicely. I reckon that could be the one. We haven’t got a name for it. The one that goes, dur dur dur, dee dee, dur dur dur!”
