Josh Jenkins spoke with PegasusNews.com in a Q&A, asking the Green River Ordinance frontman about the group’s decision to leave Capitol Records and ask their fans to help fund their next album instead via Kickstarter.com, a move that seemed to be successful after the Fort Worth band raised $41,000. “Oh sure, with any decision that big, there are doubts,” Jenkins confessed. “Capitol had been our home and we left some dear friends there. Through the whole process, we never lost faith in our fans and our relationship with them. The decision to leave had plenty of risks, but so did staying.” The transcript at pegasusnews.com has since been removed.
