Everyone’s F’ing Cool & Grounded In The Garage Scene

Stuart Berman of the Toronto Eye chatted with New Zealand rockers D4 and asked frontman/guitarist Jimmy Christmas about the explosion of garage rock. “One of the things I like about this genre, and bands like The Deadly Snakes, is that everyone’s really fu**ing cool because we’ve all been doing it the hard way, the do-it-yourself way, for so long that the atmosphere between the bands is really supportive,” Jimmy said. “Even when some bands start to do quite well, everyone’s grounded because of where they came from, so everyone’s appreciative.”
