Eddie Van Halen Guilty Of Wasted Time
Sammy Hagar previewed his concert with David Lee Roth to David Lindquist of the Indianapolis Star saying, “As a show, it will be great, but it’s not some warm, friendly thing like Elton John and Billy Joel. This is more like Mike Tyson and Lennox Lewis.” As for Dave, he’s come to terms with the fact that there won’t be a Van Halen reunion. “Eddie Van Halen is guilty of only one crime in life: Wasted time,” Roth says. “I hung on for many summers, thinking, ‘Oh, this is going to come around. It’s almost inevitable.’ “
