Drowning Pool’s New Album Gets Overwhelming Response

Drowning Pool frontman Jason Jones, drummer Mike Luce and guitarist C.J. Pierce took part in a Q&A with Jeff Kerby of Electricbasement.com, where they were asked about how receptive the press been for the new record. “It’s been over all an overwhelming response,” Luce responded. “You still get the unrelenting guy or girl every now and then who just keeps hitting you with the same types of questions like right off, ‘tell me about the day [former frontman] Dave [Williams] died.’ I’m like, ‘dude, I’ve got to go on stage in like thirty minutes, can we talk about something happier?'” Jones added, “Yeah, like that’s something I’d want to live over every day for the rest of my life.”
