Dropkick Murphys Have Some Scary Fans
Josh Bell of the Las Vegas Weekly caught up with Dropkick Murphys frontman Ken Casey who admits to having some crazy fans. “We definitely have scary fans, but we like it that way. The scarier the better. We’ve had bloodshed, amps knocked over and blown up, the whole nine, but that’s usually the sign of a good show,” he says. Like a good barroom sing-along, it’s all about the audience participation: “It’s like everyone’s in the band for the show. We try to keep as little of a barrier between the audience and the band as possible.” Lasvegasweekly.com has since removed the article.
