‘Scotland Today’ music correspondent Billy Sloan spoke to Doves and asked frontman Jimi Goodwin if rock stardom is what he thought it was. “Weirdly enough, it’s quite hard work, it’s not what you expect,” Goodwin said. “This is why we are on tour, for that hour and a half on stage, it is true, the cliche is true, the rest you can do without but one and a half hours, you get a hit off it and that’s why you are there.
