Delson Explains Linkin Park’s New Album Title

Linkin Park guitarist Brad Delson explained to why the group named their new album ‘Meteora’ on the band’s website. “Actually we were touring in Europe, and inside the bus, the bus driver had set down a travel magazine that was actually featuring this place called Meteora,” Delson said of the March 25th release. “And just looking at the pictures of this larger-than-life place–we were inspired to try to write sonically what those pictures conveyed visually.”
