Deftones Hope To Be Done With Album By End Of June

Chino Moreno from Deftones spoke with Mary Anne over the phone on Radio 1 Tuesday where he revealed the title and targetted finish date for the Deftone’s new album. Moreno said, “It’s titled Lovers and it’s a really, really hardcore album. Half the songs written for it are done and it’s pretty loud and heavy.” He added, “We hope to be finished at the end of June with this album and then I plan on starting the Team Sleep thing [his other project] over there.” Audio at bbc.co.uk/radio1 has since been removed.
