Dave Mustaine Explains Split With Nick Menza

Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine posted a message on the band’s forum where he commented on drummer Nick Menza leaving the group prior to the launch of their ‘Blackmail the Universe’ North American tour last week. “In respect of all parties concerned, you included, this statement will be brief,” he said. “Nick Menza and I parted ways because it just wasn’t working out. Nick was healthy and sober while in Arizona, and I can attest to that. We all wish him well in the future.”
