Daisy Lowe Discusses ‘Dad’ Gavin Rossdale

Daisy Lowe, the illegitimate daughter of Institute frontman Gavin Rossdale, spoke with W magazine about the situation. “It was a really weird time in my life,” Lowe said of the time the news was revealed a couple years ago. “I stopped going out and just sort of hid from it a lot. The press – they were absolutely horrible, just wankers.” The 17-year-old, who was raised by Pearl Lowe, and Pearl’s longtime boyfriend, Supergrass drummer, Danny Goffey, said she’s not very close with his biological pop, exchanging e-mails occasionally.
