Creed Nabs Another Week At #1, Likely Last

Hits Daily Double reports again has topped the charts for an eighth straight week though to not much surprise as there haven’t been any major releases in recent weeks. That changes this week as rednecks at Wal-Mart are expected to load up on the new Alan Jackson country CD, which is expected to clear 500,000 copies. ‘Weathered’ dropped 20% in sales with 135,231 copies while Linkin Park had just under 100k. Nickelback comes in the #4 spot, while No Doubt ‘Rock Steady’ is at #12. Others on the list included P.O.D. at #16, Pink Floyd at #21, and Puddle of Mudd at #22. The Hoobastank debut came in at #34.
