The New York Post reports a paranoid and delusional Courtney Love spent the week prior to her mystery trip to the hospital roaming through SoHo, begging cigarettes from strangers and claiming she was being followed, friends and neighbors said yesterday. “They’re spying on me, they’re spying on me,” the faded punk star told neighbors near her Crosby Street apartment before being taken to Bellevue Hospital in handcuffs on Friday.
