Courtney Love’s Latest Effort Thrills
Adam Webb of Dotmusic.com reviewed Courtney Love’s new album ‘America’s Sweetheart’, giving it 8 out of 10 stars. Webb writes, “Basically, Courtney wants the whole cake to herself. And once she’s done eating her piece she’ll want all of yours too. Thankfully, this never makes for a less than thrilling listen and – make no doubt – ‘America’s Sweetheart’ is a thrilling record. Held together by that extraordinary voice, which sounds even more shredded than it did in the days of ‘Dick Nail’ and ‘Pretty On The Inside’, she can still deliver.”
