Courtney Love’s Arrest Warrant Dismissed
The Associated Press reports a judge threw out an arrest warrant for rocker Courtney Love on Tuesday after she appeared for a court hearing. Superior Court Judge Elden Fox issued the warrant last week after Love failed to appear for a hearing involving felony charges of illegal possession of two painkillers. Her attorney William Genego said Love couldn’t make it then because of unspecified “security” reasons. Superior Court Judge Lisa Hart Cole dismissed the warrant Tuesday and ordered Love back to court on March 16 for a preliminary hearing.
