Courtney Love Hearing Postponed
The Associated Press reports Beverly Hills Superior Court Judge Lisa Hart Cole gave no explanation for delaying Courtney Love’s felony counts of possession of a controlled substance hearing until January 27th. Defense attorney William Genego declined to say whether Love is undergoing drug rehabilitation. Love became anxious when the judge asked to review the probation report. “Probation… What is that? What is that?” she said, before making growling noises and clawing motions with her hands.
