Courtney Love Clobbers A Photographer

The New York Post reports Courtney Love struck again early Friday morning, sending freelance photographer Dara Kushner to the hospital while “crowd-surfing” during her concert at Bowery Ballroom. “She was injured, but not seriously injured,” explained Chris Dougherty of the Insight News & Features photo agency who regularly hires Kushner. “They did X-rays on her neck and shoulder and gave her a CAT scan. They said there was swelling but nothing was broken. She wasn’t really in the frame of mind to press charges [that night]. That option is certainly open to her. As of this moment, she has not decided on that.”
