Courtney Has Special Version Of Liam’s ‘Songbird’

The Mirror reports Courtney Love says she has a better version of the current Oasis hit ‘Songbird’, written by Liam Gallagher for girlfriend Nicole Appleton. Her home-style recording of the track features Liam singing the song while she whistles along in the background. “I have a cassette of me and Liam. He did the ‘Songbird’ song and I was whistling,” she explained. “If he’s not going to do it then I’m going to fu**ing do it. It’s awesome. Somebody should bootleg that.”
