Launch.com caught up with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin and asked him about the rumors the group might break up after A Rush Of Blood To The Head. Martin said, “I love all rumors, because it’s just incredible that anyone cares. No one really cares, if you think about it; people just ask about it in interviews. The way I look at it is that we could die at any point. We’re on airplanes…life to me is very fragile, and there’s no point in saving songs for your 15th record, ’cause you might not make it to your 15th record. There’s no point in saving energy on a concert just because you have a concert the next day. So it might be our last record, I don’t know. We won’t make another record unless it’s better. And at the moment, we really don’t have anything left!”
