Cocaine Binges Left Keane Singer Suicidal

singer Tom Chaplin has revealed for the first time how he thought about killing himself before entering rehab. Talking about the decision to enter rehab last August, he admitted to Q magazine he was “tired of my life” and “pretty suicidal.” Things got so bad he found himself watching daytime TV in floods of tears. “My bandmate Tim would come to my house and I’d refuse to answer the door,” says Tom, 28. “I was spending a lot of time at home crying in front of Cash In The Attic. I felt really depressed. I was taking a lot of drugs and drinking.” The full story at has since been archived.
