Neil Fallon, lead singer of Clutch, spoke with Beat magazine about coming to Australia after fans had been waiting 15 years to see the band live. “I was kinda floored, to be honest with you,” Neil said of their trip down under. “I mean I was expecting there to be some people but not quite the numbers and enthusiasm that we found. By the time we came home we were already talking about everybody’s desire to return. Even though we’d never been there before, it felt very familiar to us. The rock and roll crowd is very much like the one here, and it was just a blast to be in another country for the first time and have people singing your songs.”
