Chris Shiflett Talks Jackson United, Foo Fighters, Boxing
Foo Fighters guitarist Chris Shiflett spoke with Kerrang! magazine, offering the lowdown on his Jackson United album and the fine art of tea-making and boxing. Asked about how he's been on a health kick and has stopped drinking, Chris said, "It's hard being on a health kick on a Jackson United tour, because you're always late. You're always scrambling to get to one place to the next. You're eating at gas stations a lot." Chris added that because he has three kids, he hasn't had much time to get in the gym a lot to box. "With boxing if you're not in the gym a lot, you're never in shape to actually fight," he explained. Watch the interview below.Tags: Foo Fighters
