Dave Ferman of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram spoke with Linkin Park guitarist Brad Delson and asked him how the band can still sing about alienation and depression now that they’ve sold millions of CD’s and are loaded in money. Delson explained, “‘Hybrid Theory’ expressed our emotions at the time. Humans all express different emotions, and we wanted to touch on a gamut of human emotions. I hope in the future when Mike [Shinoda, rapper] and Chester [Bennington, vocalist] write, they’ll continue to be honest about what they’re feeling.”
