Athlete Visit Radio 1

Athlete are back with a new album, ‘Tourist’, out at the end of January, and keyboardist Tim Wanstall and singer/guitarist Joel Pott visited the Live Lounge to talk with host Jo Whiley and perform their current single ‘Wires’, complete with a string quartet. They also did a spellbinding cover version of ‘If I Ain’t Got You’ by Alicia Keys. Audio at bbc.co.uk/radio1 has since been removed.
