Aquilante Says Rush Makes Dreary & Tiresome Music

Dan Aquilante of the New York Post reviewed the concert at Madison Square Garden on Thursday night, which saw the group play a 3-hour set that he says “sounded suspiciously like one extraordinarily long song.” Aquilante added, “The band’s chops have never been questioned – although Lee’s nails-on-slate vocals leave much to be desired. The problem is, the music Rush makes is dreary.” The full review at nypost.com has since been removed.
