Amy Lee Blasts Britney Spears And Christina Aguilera
Evanescence singer Amy Lee is again speaking out on Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera. She told Steppin’ Out magazine’s Chaunce Hayden: “Britney Spears doesn’t rock. She’s a mechanical pop robot, OK? Basically she’s a puppet. Although Britney Spears isn’t as bad as Christina Aguilera when it comes to showing skin… Christina shows a lot more. They both seem to be competing with each other… It doesn’t offend me. It’s just tragic. It’s really sad.” Her advice for the pair? “Don’t feel like you have to sell sex just to get people to listen to you.”

You never hear anything awful about the Christina Aguilera. She doesn’t seem to be a bimbo airhead like Brit or Paris, I admire her for keeping straight considering the people she has to work with. Plus, she has a killer voice!
I’m just sick of Evanescence fans, I love both Christina and Amy, they have their own styles, and they have powerful voices that represents her as strong females. Maybe for Amy expressing sexuality the way Xtina does is being a “sex icon” but for me is not, is breaking stereotypes, also, Amy hasn’t live what Xtina did. Xtina have a better life experience than Amy, whether it be love, sadness, overcoming she IS a strong female for what she live, Amy should respect more Xtina. And that comes from a fan of Evanescence and Christina ;)
