All-Star Camp Freddy Band Covers ‘Paradise City’
Ted Casablanca of E! Online reports that Blender mag’s Blender Sessions party in Los Angeles saw the VIP band Camp Freddy, featuring the Cult’s Billy Morrison, Guns N’ Roses’ Matt Sorum, Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Dave Navarro and actor Donovan Leitch performing. Also jumping onstage was Rolling Stones guitarist Ron Wood, who jammed out to ‘Paradise City’ with Slash, former Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach, Janes Addiction singer Perry Farrell and Puddle of Mudd frontman Wes Scantlin. All happened during an all-star rendition of the Guns anthem, much to the delight of the carousing crowd, which rated such high-raters as. Jack Osbourne, who did his best Axl Rose imitation during the encore, but was a far cry from the original.
