Agent Sues David Lee Roth For $50,000 In Fees

Louis J. Gavrel, a Harris County tour manager and booking agent is suing singer David Lee Roth, saying he reneged on paying fees on multiple tours between 1999 and 2001. Gavrel’s lawyer, Robert Durbin has tried unsuccessfully to get Roth to pay up and he stated, “Roth has revenues coming in from royalties with Van Halen. We don’t know why he won’t pay.”
