AFI Don’t Buy Into Their Own Hype
Zero magazine caught up with AFI and while one would think the media attention the group has received would have the band saturated with pressure, drummer Adam Carson says the band refuses to become immersed in it’s own hype. “We’re just doing things like we’ve always done them,” Carson told Zero. “We’re just packing up the van and going on tour. It’s business as usual for us. There’s a lot more attention on us, but you can’t pay too much attention to that.”
